So what are we about? Read our reports, contribute to our insights, find support.

Our main focus is to raise awareness of more effective and efficient teaching methods for reading and writing, thereby supporting teachers and school leaders to improve their practice so that all our children become proficient readers and writers.

The work we do to assist us with that advocacy is set out on this page:

Dreaming - our agenda, what we want for our children, what the gap is and what needs to be done
Leading - elevating school leaders to share and support each other
Educating - raising awareness of the issue and how to address it
Connecting - supporting ways for teachers to connect with and learn from each other
Enquiring - undertaking our own surveys to support efforts within the sector to adopt evidence based practice
Mapping - tracking the up-take of structured literacy in schools and making that information available to all
