Office of Auditor General probing MoE

The Office of the Auditor General has announced that they are carrying out a performance audit that will look at how the Ministry of Education uses information to understand and address inequities in education.

They will look at how well the Ministry of Education:

๐Ÿ‘‰ understands the main reasons for the differences in studentsโ€™ learning

๐Ÿ‘‰ prepares, targets, and prioritises work to reduce these differences

๐Ÿ‘‰ ensures that its work is effective.

They will also look at how the Ministry of Education works with schools, other government departments, and other agencies to address inequities in education.

There is a feedback form at the website page if you are interested in this performance audit and would like to contact with a staff member, make a suggestion, or ask a question.
